Nestled within the heart of downtown Boise in the Simplot Building, the Oyster Bar brings a fresh and captivating raw bar experience to the city.  Chef Reno Rodriguez proudly presents a meticulously curated menu showcasing an exquisite array of oysters sourced directly by our own Seafood Company.

Alongside the star attraction of freshly shucked oysters, the Oyster Bar offers a delightful range of seafood delicacies.  From a mouthwatering seafood ceviche with Mahi Mahi, calamari, and scallops, to a succulent lobster roll, every dish exemplifies Anthony’s commitment to culinary excellence.
