Nestled within the heart of downtown Boise in the Simplot Building, the Oyster Bar brings a fresh and captivating raw bar experience to the city.  Alongside the star attraction of freshly shucked oysters, the Oyster Bar offers a delightful range of seafood favorites. Every dish exemplifies Anthony’s commitment to culinary excellence.


Enjoy a half pound of crab and a beer for just $15, or pair a glass of Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut with a bowl of crispy fries for $12!


Our expert team will walk guests through the nuances of oyster varieties and share knowledge that is unmatched! Don’t worry, if you’ve never had oysters we can recommend great starter oysters for you to taste.
