This position communicates with the kitchen as a liaison for the front of house. Organizes and controls the pass-through window, ensuring that all products are correctly garnished, plates are clean and presentation is thoroughly reviewed before it is taken to the guests. Organizes the entrees in order of position to facilitate efficient distribution. Keeps the expo line, pass-though and surrounding area clean, organized and stocked to par levels.
Some high school is required.
No previous foodservice experience required.
Must be able to speak, read and understand English. Must be able to organize and successfully multitask.
Must be able to stand and walk at a fast pace for periods of up to four hours and lift, bend and stoop. Must be able to frequently lift and carry bus tubs, trays and other objects weighing 25 pounds or more.
