Halibut season has arrived at Anthony’s! Halibut season is something we look forward to every year. Known for its clean, delicate flavor and firm, flaky texture, wild halibut is one of the most sought-after fish of the Pacific. We source ours from fishermen we have longstanding personal relationships with, allowing us to bring the catch from their boats to our kitchen with remarkable freshness and care.

Best of Season Wild Alaska Halibut
Chargrilled with hazelnut-citrus butter and finished with local rhubarb coulis.

Panko Crusted Halibut
Alaska halibut filet pan seared in a crisp panko crust with a hint of Dijon.
or
Halibut Caddy Ganty
Marinated in white wine, oven baked with breadcrumbs, fresh dill, red onion and sour cream.

A burst of flavor from the season’s best local rhubarb topped with sweet rhubarb-strawberry sauce.
