Anthony’s offers a great benefits package. Our benefits will assist you when you are ill or injured, allows you to save for retirement, offers counseling and referral services, and provides tuition assistance and scholarships.
The following is a sample of the benefits we offer to our team members.
Health and Welfare Benefits
Medical and Dental Insurance
Group medical insurance is available to team members upon completion of six months of service. A voluntary Dental Insurance plan is available to team members upon completion of six months of service. Insurance eligibility requires that team members work at least 20 hours per week.
Employee Assistance Plan
The employee assistance plan offers counseling and referral services to team members and their family. The plan will pay for up to three visits at no cost and referral service for additional assistance. The plan also provides childcare referral. Access to the plan is available 24 hours per day.
Anthony’s team members, that are 21 years of age or above, may participate in our profit sharing plan after one year of service and a minimum of 1,000 hours of service. The profit sharing plan allows you to save for retirement on a tax-deferred basis. You are always 100% vested in your contributions as soon as it is deposited into your account. Enrollment automatically occurs as soon as team members become eligible.
Scholarships of $250 are available for team members who average 20 hours per week, have completed one year of service and successfully complete 12 or more credit hours per term with a 3.0 grade or better in each class. Culinary scholarships are also available.
Ten Year Club Dependent Child Scholarship
Scholarships of $333 per quarter or $500 per semester with a maximum award of $1000 per calendar year are available for eligible dependent scholars. Team member parent or legal guardian must have 10 years of continuous service with Anthony’s. Eligibility is also based on completion of at least one full year of college prior to current quarter or semester, attendance of a four year university and a 3.2 cumulative grade point with a minimum class load of 12 credit hours.
Anthony’s will reimburse up to $125 in continuing education expenses for work-related classes and seminars.
Anthony’s team members are entitled to a 25% discount at any of our restaurants. This discount is for you and up to three guests.
Giving back is important to us; we are committed to supporting each community in which we are located. Our team members have many opportunities to volunteer their time to become involved with the different organizations throughout Washington that Anthony’s supports. All of our team members and management team executives who volunteer their time and labor come away with a feeling of having “given back” to the community, a feeling that produces tremendous personal satisfaction.
