Halibut season has arrived at Chinook’s! Halibut season is something we look forward to every year. Known for its clean, delicate flavor and firm, flaky texture, wild halibut is one of the most sought-after fish of the Pacific. We source ours from fishermen we have longstanding personal relationships with, allowing us to bring the catch from their boats to our kitchen with remarkable freshness and care.
