2022 Copper River Salmon Season Arrives!

We love it when Gaard Swanson with Seattle Refined stops by Anthony’s Restaurants to see what’s cooking.  In this episode, he chats with our Head Seafood Buyer, Tim Ferleman, about how this year’s season is going and learns how to filet a fish.  He then chats with our Executive Chef Pat Donahue in the kitchen as he cooks up a Copper River King Medallion, and our fresh seasonal salad.  The salad features local strawberries atop a fresh Copper River Sockeye salmon.
