Copper River Salmon is Here!

Anthony's Restaurants is pleased to offer a Northwest delicacy, fresh wild Copper River salmon, delivered directly to our restaurants from our own seafood company, Anthony's Seafood.

"Copper River salmon signifies the first major salmon run of the summer and is one of the best eating salmon in the world", says Tim Ferleman General Manager of Anthony's Seafood. Tim adds that Copper River salmon gains it unique flavor due to the length and type of river "these salmon are particularly high in Omega-3 fatty acids because they have to be strong enough to survive several months battling this turbulent and powerful river while experiencing several substantial changes in elevation".

Due to low salmon counts and inclement weather on the opening day of commercial Copper River fishing, we were unable to secure enough Copper River salmon to offer this delicacy at our other restaurants this weekend.
